Jack throws Reese from a speeding truck and he takes a pretty good blow to the head on a shipping container. In the mirror you can see that Reese is not moving. A very likely candidate for another Bauer kill, what do you think?

Loading ...The forklift operator took some pretty lethal looking shots but kept on driving. Given the blood splatter, bleeding from the mouth and the fact that you never see him get out of the crane I think there is a good chance he is dead. However, there is no shot of him actually dead.

Loading ...Kill #14, the Juma Soldier, is a bit of a tough call. The scene prior to him going down is Jack firing away, so I think they are leading you to believe that he shot the soldier. The soldier does not get up and follow the rest of the crew so I would have to think he is dead and Bauer gets another kill.
I think a lot of people credit jack with 6 kills in the server room. I think there were only 5. If you watch the scene closely you will notice some poor editing and continuity issues. For instance Tony Almeida and Bill Buchanan on separate instance kill the same person, from almost the same exact spot. Looking at the guy go down as a result of both shooters frame by frame you can see it’s the exact same clip being used twice. Jack later shoots the same guy at the end of the firefight.
Due to the darkness it’s really hard to see who Bauer is shooting but I believe there is one instance where he shoots a guy and later shoots the same guy.

This frame is taken 28 seconds later, when Jack shoots the guy for the second time(Hit #5). He looks the same to me and is standing in the same spot. So whether it's bad editing or the fact that he didn't die I think you can only give one kill for these two shots.

Some folks have told me that it’s hard to tell who really got this kill. Renee and Jack seemed to have fired almost simultaneously. I think it’s pretty obvious that Jack Bauer never misses, thus he gets the kill.
